About
Joshua Ferguson
I'm the founder of VeriSwarm. Before that, I was an infrastructure engineer. I've been building and running production systems for most of my career.
What I'm Doing Now
I started VeriSwarm to solve a problem I kept running into: organizations want to use AI agents in production, but they have no way to verify what those agents actually do. No identity, no audit trail, no evidence. That's a non-starter in any regulated environment.
So that's what we're building — the infrastructure that lets companies deploy AI agents and actually prove what happened. Identity, policy enforcement, audit trails, verifiable evidence. The stuff that has to exist before anyone in finance, healthcare, or government will sign off on an autonomous system.
Background
I came to this from the infrastructure side. I worked as an Infrastructure Architect running workloads across multiple global data centers. Kubernetes-native platforms, Terraform, production environments where downtime means real consequences — regulatory, operational, financial. That experience is why I think about AI deployment the way I do. The governance problems aren't theoretical to me; they're the same class of problems I've been dealing with in a different form.
Elsewhere
I have a speaking profile on Sessionize, I publish open-source work and curriculum on GitHub, and I write about AI governance and the practical side of getting autonomous systems into production.
